- Sign in at account.adobe.com and open Plans
- Choose 'Manage plan' → 'Cancel your plan'
- Work through the retention offers to the final confirmation screen
What they don't tell you
- Annual plans paid monthly carry an early-termination fee of up to 50% of the remaining term. Check your plan type before cancelling.
- Cancelling within 14 days of purchase is a full refund; after that the fee applies.
- Your renewal date is the cheapest day to cancel - no fee applies then.
There is a cheaper option first
Adobe commonly offers two to three months free, or a discounted rate, mid-cancellation. It is one of the most reliable retention offers in software.
